Sharing Personal Data of Data Subjects
Your personal data may be shared, in accordance with the purposes of processing personal data, with our business partners (such as outsourcing service providers, hosting providers, research companies, call centers), shareholders, affiliates, authorized public institutions, and private persons, in line with the conditions and purposes for processing personal data specified in Articles 8 and 9 of the Personal Data Protection Law.

Retention Periods of Personal Data of Data Subjects
Despite being processed in compliance with the Law and other applicable laws, personal data will be deleted, destroyed, or anonymized once the reasons for processing are no longer applicable. Foxer may retain personal data for the statutory limitation periods prescribed by relevant legislation for the purpose of resolving any potential disputes. In this case, the retained personal data will not be accessed for any other purpose and will only be accessible when required for legal disputes.

Rights of Data Subjects
Pursuant to Article 11 of the Law, Data Subjects have the following rights regarding their personal data:

  • To request the deletion or destruction of personal data if the reasons for processing no longer apply, and to request that this be communicated to third parties to whom the data was transferred,
  • To object to a result that is produced through exclusively automated processing of personal data that significantly affects the individual,
  • To request compensation for damages caused by the unlawful processing of personal data.

Foxer, in compliance with the Law, operates the necessary systems to allow Data Subjects to exercise their rights over their personal data, including administrative and technical measures.

Measures to Ensure the Security of Personal Data of Data Subjects
In line with the importance Foxer attaches to the protection of personal data and ensuring data security, the Company takes all necessary technical and administrative measures in accordance with Article 12 of the Law to ensure the security of personal data, including:

  • Preventing unlawful processing of personal data,
  • Preventing unlawful access to personal data,
  • Ensuring the proper storage of personal data.

Effective Date of the Website Privacy Policy
The Website Privacy Policy is dated March 2, 2018. If the entire Policy or any part of it is updated, the effective date will be revised. The Policy will be published on the Foxer website (www.foxersport.com.tr) and will be made available to the relevant individuals upon request.
