DELIVERY TERMS

The delivery service for purchases made through our website is provided by ………………….. companies, depending on the size of the order and the location of delivery. The courier company delivers the purchased products with a delivery note to the door of the address you specified. If you are not at the specified address, a note will be left informing you that you can pick up your package from the nearest branch. If you do not collect your package from the branch within three days, it will be returned to us. In villages and towns where courier companies cannot make door-to-door deliveries, the order is sent to the nearest courier branch to the recipient's address. The recipient will be notified when the order arrives at the branch. In this case, the recipient is required to collect the order from the courier branch. Deliveries to islands across Turkey are subject to the courier companies' valid restrictions. Depending on the size of your products, the courier companies may deliver to your address or to the nearest branch with a phone notification. After placing your order, you can track your order using the courier company name and tracking number, which will be sent to you via SMS.

Shipping Fee
For online purchases, the shipping fee is …% of the total amount of the products you purchase.

Order Tracking
Once the products are delivered to the courier company, FOXER will notify you via email. Additionally, the courier companies will provide information via SMS or phone before the delivery date. You can track the current status of your order on the Order Tracking page or by calling +90 212 294 07 95 with your 15-digit order reference number. (e.g., 162702130940295) You can also track your package on the courier company's website using your tracking number.

Important Information
It is very important to check your package when you receive it. If you notice any abnormal conditions such as damage, dents, tears, or wetness on the outside of the packages, do not accept the products and have the courier officer write a report. You must also contact us using the Contact Us form or by calling +90 212 294 07 94. Any missing or damaged delivery reports made after receiving the package may be rejected if no report was filed at the time of delivery. Exchanges and returns cannot be processed without presenting the invoice.
